Sparkly is a free Chrome extension that replaces your browser's new tab page with a focused workspace. Features include lightweight tab access, on-demand developer feeds, Launchpad spaces, wallpapers, quick app shortcuts, and a global search bar.

Sparkly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Sparkly name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Sparkly may display content from third-party sources including news feeds, wallpaper images, web suggestions, and links you choose to open. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Sparkly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content displayed by the extension.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkly and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Your use of Sparkly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using Sparkly at any time by uninstalling the extension from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the extension or block access at our discretion.
